Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe, Madrid, is seeking a Flight Operations Support Specialist to lead and coordinate publication efforts for A330 MRTT flight operations manuals. You will act as product owner with the customer, supervise authors, and ensure high-quality operational content across current and future topics.

The role requires engineering background, 3+ years in Flight Operations publications or support, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Flight Operations experience in the related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Flight Operations Publications or Support domains.
• Demonstrated experience in team management and project management.

Responsibilities

• Act as product lead in front of Customer and organisation for A330 MRTT Flight Operations Manuals.
• Lead and coordinate a team of subcontracted authors to maintain manuals.
• Serve as SME for A330 MRTT+ topics and supervise content of Operational Publications.
• Control technical configuration and content of our products, incl. A330 Neo contributions.
• Author technical content for manuals in planned or unplanned revisions.
