  • Languages: Advanced/Negotiation English level (real C1 for international customer interface) and native/advanced Spanish (direct contact with manufacturing).
  • Technical knowledge: Hands‑on experience with manufacturing/maintenance quality tools, Practical Problem Solving (PPS), and knowledge of technical regulations.

The position requires rotating to an afternoon shift (15:00 to 23:00) on a scheduled basis (approximately 1 week every 8 weeks, totaling around 5 weeks per year), which includes a specific shift allowance (plus de doble turno) and additional personal leave days.
  • Travel readiness: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for a minimum of 6 weeks per year (typically clustered into defined blocks) across global sites and customer locations supporting the MRTT program worldwide.
