Job summary

Beiersdorf Tres Cantos Manufacturing (BMTC) is seeking an MRP Planner to ensure material availability and support the execution of an efficient production plan in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will combine material planning, supplier management and production scheduling, working closely with Operations, Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure business continuity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• SAP knowledge.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of raw and packaging materials.
• Manage supplier performance and supply risks.
• Optimize inventory levels. Build and maintain short-term production schedules.
• Create and manage production orders. React to short-term operational disruptions.
• Support Compounding and production planning activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Operations and Supply Chain teams.
• Support Innovation & Implementation projects. Analyse data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.
