Job summary

Beiersdorf Manufacturing Tres Cantos (BMTC) is seeking an MRP Planner to ensure material availability and support efficient production planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role combines Material Planning, Supplier Management and Production Scheduling, collaborating with Operations, Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure business continuity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• SAP knowledge.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of raw and packaging materials.
• Manage supplier performance and supply risks.
• Optimize inventory levels and build short-term production schedules.
• Create and manage production orders.
• React to short-term operational disruptions.
• Support compounding and production planning activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Operations and Supply Chain teams.
• Support innovation and implementation projects; analyze data and identify opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.
