Canva is hiring a Motion Designer & Video Editor for Spain to craft world-class social-first motion content. You will lead motion, edit for performance, and collaborate with strategists, creators, and the marketing team in Madrid.

The role asks for strong After Effects/Cavalry skills, video editing across CapCut/Premiere, and a passion for social platforms. You’ll work in a hybrid setup, going into the Madrid office 2–3 days per week, with a 12-month contract and a daily rate.

Formación

• 3–5 years of motion design with shipped work across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Fluency in After Effects or Cavalry and ability to deliver from concept to final asset.
• Proficient with CapCut, Canva Video or Premiere Pro for social-first cuts.
• Strong interest in social platforms and understanding of native storytelling.
• Comfort with rapid feedback loops and data-driven iteration.
• Experience editing creator content into performance-tuned social work.
• Graphic design literacy and versatility across static assets.
• Curiosity about AI tooling and applying it to craft.

Responsabilidades
