Stripe Brand Studio seeks a motion designer with 5+ years of experience to elevate Stripe's motion language across surfaces. You will collaborate with designers, engineers, marketers and partners to translate brand into moving visuals that feel authentic at scale.

You will define guidelines, contribute to the motion system, and deliver frame-perfect work that balances speed, quality, and accessibility. This role supports Stripe's mission and requires a rigorous, user-first mindset with strong

Formación

• Have 5+ years of motion design experience in brand-driven or product-led teams.
• Expert in motion design with strong portfolio.
• Solid understanding of animation principles and brand storytelling.
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners.

Responsabilidades

• Execute motion design direction across Stripe's brand ecosystem from concept to final delivery.
• Develop and refine guidelines, systems, and processes for consistent motion across surfaces.
• Maintain and evolve Stripe's motion design system: timing, tokens, and reusable components.
• Collaborate with non-motion designers to elevate work.
• Coordinate with external studios or contractors for strategy and delivery.
• Share motion knowledge and best practices with the team.
• Stay curious and iterate to create visually striking work.
• Shape strategic vision pushing brand boundaries and internal awareness.
