Jobgether is seeking a Motion Designer to bring digital products, brand identities, and marketing assets to life. You will craft animations for product interfaces, explainers, and social content, collaborating with branding, UI, strategy, and project teams.

The role is fully remote across Europe, offering autonomy, creative input, and opportunities to work on diverse client projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of professional motion design experience.
• Portfolio showing motion design for UI, product interfaces, brand reveals and explainers.
• Ability to transform briefs and storyboards into polished animations.
• Strong understanding of motion principles, timing, pacing, typography and storytelling.
• Proficiency with After Effects and ability to work with Figma files.
• Familiarity with Illustrator and Premiere Pro; experience adapting animations for multiple formats.
• Understanding of brand identity and consistency across visual systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines independently.
• Proactive, autonomous, detail-oriented with high-quality output.
• Strong written and verbal English for international collaboration.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Motion Designer based in Spain.

As a Motion Designer, you will bring digital products, brand identities, and creative ideas to life through engaging, high-quality animation. You will contribute to a variety of projects, from product interface animations and feature walkthroughs to brand reveal videos, explainers, and marketing assets. Working closely with branding, UI design, strategy, and project teams, you will transform creative concepts and storyboards into polished visual experiences. Your work will help communicate complex digital products clearly while strengthening brand storytelling across websites, social media, and case studies. This fully remote, international role offers the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals on both internal marketing initiatives and client projects. You will have the autonomy to manage your workload, contribute creative ideas, and deliver impactful motion design in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Accountabilities

• Animate digital products and user interfaces, transforming UI designs into clear, polished motion graphics, feature walkthroughs, and engaging product teasers.
• Create brand reveal videos and explainer videos that communicate ideas effectively while remaining consistent with established brand identities.
• Develop animated marketing assets for websites, social media channels, and case studies to showcase creative work and communicate project value.
• Contribute motion design assets to client projects, applying and extending existing brand systems in collaboration with branding and UI designers.
• Translate creative briefs and storyboards into finished animations, maintaining strong visual storytelling, timing, pacing, and typography.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and project leads throughout the creative process, incorporating feedback and refining deliverables to meet project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, maintaining clear communication, tracking progress, and consistently meeting deadlines.
• Ensure a high standard of creative quality and technical execution across different formats, platforms, and delivery requirements.
• Contribute ideas and creative solutions that enhance product communication, brand storytelling, and the overall effectiveness of digital experiences.

Requirements

• At least three years of professional motion design experience, ideally within an agency, technology company, or freelance environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating motion design expertise, particularly in animated product interfaces, UI walkthroughs, brand reveal videos, and explainer content.
• Proven ability to transform briefs, design files, and storyboards into polished, engaging animations from concept through final export.
• Excellent understanding of motion principles, including timing, pacing, transitions, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and the ability to work confidently with Figma files.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Premiere Pro or comparable video editing software.
• Experience adapting animations to different formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency and production quality.
• Strong understanding of brand identity and the ability to create animations that reflect established visual systems rather than focusing solely on aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage several deliverables simultaneously, and meet deadlines independently.
• A proactive, autonomous approach to work, with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality output.
• Strong written and verbal English skills, enabling effective collaboration with international colleagues and clients.
• Clear communication skills, openness to constructive feedback, and the ability to collaborate effectively across creative and project teams.
• Familiarity with Lottie, Rive, Cinema 4D, or Blender is an advantage.
• Additional experience in sound design, audio editing, 3D animation, or SaaS and technology marketing is a plus.
• Availability for a full-time, three-month freelance engagement, with working hours aligned to European time zones.
