Jobgether is seeking a Motion Designer to bring digital products, brand identities, and marketing assets to life. You will craft animations for product interfaces, explainers, and social content, collaborating with branding, UI, strategy, and project teams.

The role is fully remote across Europe, offering autonomy, creative input, and opportunities to work on diverse client projects in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Three+ years of professional motion design experience.
• Portfolio showing motion design for UI, product interfaces, brand reveals and explainers.
• Ability to transform briefs and storyboards into polished animations.
• Strong understanding of motion principles, timing, pacing, typography and storytelling.
• Proficiency with After Effects and ability to work with Figma files.
• Familiarity with Illustrator and Premiere Pro; experience adapting animations for multiple formats.
• Understanding of brand identity and consistency across visual systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines independently.
• Proactive, autonomous, detail-oriented with high-quality output.
• Strong written and verbal English for international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Animate products and UI designs into motion graphics, walkthroughs, and teasers.
• Create brand reveal and explainer videos aligned with brand identities.
• Develop animated marketing assets for websites, social channels, and case studies.
• Contribute motion design assets to client projects while extending brand systems.
• Translate briefs and storyboards into finished animations with strong storytelling.
• Collaborate with designers and strategists throughout the creative process.
• Manage multiple projects, track progress, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain high quality and technical execution across formats and platforms.
• Propose ideas to enhance product communication and visual storytelling.
