Job summary

Imagine Montessori School in Valencia, Spain, seeks an Enrichment Programme & Language Academy Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations of our enrichment programs and to launch Imagine’s new Language Academy.

You will coordinate language courses, manage camps, supervise staff, handle enrolments and budgets, and ensure safety and quality aligned with Montessori principles. Fluent English and Spanish are required; CEFR knowledge preferred, with experience in Montessori environments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience coordinating educational programmes or language schools.
• Experience launching new courses or working within international/Montessori environments is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English (C1 level minimum) and Spanish (native or equivalent), with solid knowledge of CEFR framework and official language certifications.

Responsibilities

• Launching & Growing the Language Academy: Lead end-to-end development for a Summer 2027 launch, design CEFR-aligned courses, recruit staff, oversee enrolments and explore exam centre options.
• Managing Extracurriculars, Camps & Family Experiences: Oversee after-hours programs, coordinate camps and family initiatives to optimize facility use.
• Handling Operations, Data & Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with internal teams on strategy and pricing, monitor budgets, occupancy, and compliance.
• Driving Continuous Improvement & Communication: Be the main contact for families, measure success using data, identify growth opportunities.
