• Conocimiento de diversas actividades deportivas para distintos grupos de edad.
• Certificación en primeros auxilios y CPR requerida.
• Pasión por el sector de Ocio y Deportes y promover estilos de vida activos.
• Capacidad para trabajar con grupos diversos.
• Competencia en Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Planificar, programar y coordinar programas y eventos recreativos.
• Recrutar, entrenar y supervisar instructores y voluntarios.
• Desarrollar materiales del programa y procedimientos de registro.
• Garantizar la seguridad de los participantes.
• Gestionar presupuestos del programa y stock de equipos.
• Comunicar detalles y actualizaciones a participantes y familias.
• Evaluar efectividad del programa y recoger feedback.
• Colaborar con clubes deportivos, escuelas y organizaciones.
• Mantener registros de asistencia y resultados.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate a variety of recreational and sports programs and events.
• Recruit, train, and supervise activity instructors and volunteers.
• Develop program materials, promotional content, and registration procedures.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.
• Manage program budgets and maintain inventory of necessary equipment and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and community members about program details and updates.
• Assess program effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and program outcomes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in coordinating recreational programs, sports activities, or youth programs.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of various sports and recreational activities suitable for different age groups.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
• A passion for the Ocio y Deportes sector and promoting healthy lifestyles.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
