• Build rock-solid mobile foundations, architecting for performance, scalability, and quality that can support our global ambitions
• Craft beautiful, delightful experiences, creating smooth, emotionally resonant interactions that members actually love using
• Enable globalisation at scale, designing systems and experiences that work seamlessly across markets and cultures

• Transform how members engage with health — crafting meaningful features that help them connect their data, understand progress, and celebrate wins
• Unlock smarter health insights — expanding our data integration to deliver genuinely personalised journeys that evolve with each member
• Make wellness irresistible — bringing gamification to life through challenges, streaks, and reward loops that feel meaningful, not gimmicky

What we're looking for

We are looking for mobile engineers with at least two years of mobile development experience:

• React Native is our foundation, so we’re looking for React Native engineers or native iOS/Android developers eager to grow with React Native and Expo.
• You've worked across iOS (Objective-C/Swift) and Android (Java/Kotlin), understand platform-specific nuances, and know how to optimise performance and implement platform-specific solutions when needed.
• You have hands-on experience building and deploying mobile apps across multiple markets, navigating the complexities of the app stores and real-world production environments.
• You're familiar with mobile testing frameworks and debugging tools.
• You're enthusiastic about teamwork, genuinely excited about learning from others and sharing knowledge with your peers.
• Fluent in English (no need to speak French!).
