Product Madness, part of Aristocrat, is seeking a Marketing Analytics/Operations Analyst in Barcelona to support User Acquisition and Growth campaigns across mobile and social platforms. You will build and monitor dashboards, validate data, and collaborate with external partners and internal teams to optimize campaign performance.

The role requires hands-on experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer preferred), strong Excel/Sheets skills, and familiarity with Looker/Power BI.

Formación

• 2+ years in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics or Ad Operations.
• Experience with mobile advertising platforms and dashboards.
• Hands-on AppsFlyer or similar MMP experience.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare operational analyses for User Acquisition and Growth teams.
• Analyze campaigns and provide insights to optimize execution.
• Monitor marketing tech platforms and data quality.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal teams.
• Validate data, consolidate spend and performance metrics.
• Create simple dashboards from partner data.
• Verify tracking, UTM, AppsFlyer links before launches.
