A global insurance and risk advisory firm is seeking an MMB SME Partnership Region Specialist to develop partnership strategies and enhance distribution capabilities. This role requires excellent relationship management and communication skills, along with a strong strategic mindset. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve measurable results in growth and efficiency. The position is based in Spain with a hybrid work model.

As the MMB SME Partnership Europe Specialist, you will be part of the Global MMB SME team, instrumental in developing and executing the partnership strategy within your designated region. Your role will extend beyond external partnership development to include partnering closely with stakeholders across Marsh McLennan to develop and implement regional distribution plans that leverage the global strategy while addressing regional and local market nuances. You will engage internal and external stakeholders to foster high-value partnerships and develop a tailored distribution approach that maximizes reach, efficiency, and revenue growth. Your proactive and strategic mindset will be essential in navigating regional market dynamics, ensuring measurable results in both short-term and long-term growth, all while maintaining a calm and focused demeanor under pressure.
