A leading insurance group based in Madrid is looking for an MLOps/SRE specialist to build and productize AI capabilities. The role involves managing CI/CD standards and implementing monitoring systems while ensuring governance and security. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Databricks MLflow and production ML/AI workloads. Formación

• 5+ years in MLOps/SRE or platform engineering with production ML/AI workloads.
• Deep experience with Databricks MLflow is highly preferred.
• Design/operation of multi-env releases with approvals and secrets.
• Hands-on with evaluation/monitoring for models/agents.

Responsabilidades

• Own CI/CD standards and environment promotion for models/agents.
• Implement evaluation and monitoring based on MLflow.
• Integrate governance-by-design in all pipelines.
• Operate the Agentic Platform to SLOs.
