Q-Tech busca un Ingeniero de MLOps para unirse a una de las plataformas de marketplace líderes en Europa. El objetivo es construir infraestructura, tooling y procesos para llevar modelos ML a producción con fiabilidad.

La posición abarca ML, ingeniería de software y DevOps, colaborando estrechamente con data scientists, ML engineers y software engineers, en un entorno híbrido con oficinas en Barcelona.

Formación

• Experiencia profesional en MLOps o ingeniería de ML.
• Fuerte capacidad de desarrollo en Python.
• Experiencia deploy y operación de sistemas ML en producción.
• Conocimiento de plataformas en la nube (AWS, GCP o Azure).
• Experiencia con Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD e IaC.

Responsabilidades

• Construir y mejorar la infraestructura de MLOps y ML platform.
• Automatizar flujos de trabajo de ML y ciclos de vida de modelos.
• Apoyar desplegar, escalar y monitorizar modelos ML en producción.
• Desarrollar herramientas y plataformas reutilizables para Data Science y ML.
• Mejorar la fiabilidad, escalabilidad y observabilidad del sistema ML.
• Contribuir a decisiones de arquitectura y buenas prácticas.
• Trabajar con infra cloud-native y prácticas modernas de DevOps.

Q-Tech is currently looking for an MLOps Engineer to join one of Europe's leading online marketplaces.

The company is investing heavily in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and is looking for an engineer who can help build the infrastructure, tooling and processes required to bring ML models and AI systems reliably into production.

The role sits at the intersection of Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Engineering, working closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers and Software Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve MLOps and ML platform infrastructure
• Automate Machine Learning workflows and model lifecycles
• Support the deployment, scaling and monitoring of ML models in production
• Develop reusable tooling and platforms for Data Science and ML teams
• Improve the reliability, scalability and observability of ML systemS
• Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices
• Work with cloud-native infrastructure and modern DevOps practices

Requirements

• Professional experience in MLOps, ML Platform Engineering, ML Infrastructure or Machine Learning Engineering
• Strong software engineering skills, particularly in Python
• Experience deploying and operating Machine Learning systems in production
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure
• Experience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
• A strong understanding of scalability, reliability and observability in production environments

Experience with model serving, distributed systems, ML pipelines or cloud-native architectures will be highly valued.
