Job summary

Visium SA is seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to own the path from model prototype to reliable production on Azure and Databricks. You will design and operate the systems that support training, deployment, monitoring, governance, and retraining, ensuring AI and ML solutions are reliable, scalable, and secure in production.

You combine hands-on MLOps engineering with solution architecture, assessing workloads, designing the target approach, and delivering actionable proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MLOps, ML platform engineering or similar role.
• Hands-on production ML systems experience.
• Expertise with Azure and Databricks stack (MLflow, Unity Catalog).
• Strong CI/CD for models and data; automation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate ML platforms on Azure Databricks with feature pipelines and MLflow tracking.
• Define model lifecycle standards including versioning, evaluation, and retraining.
• Build deployment patterns with API exposure and automated CI/CD for models and data.
• Own production monitoring for data drift, model quality, latency, and costs; set retraining triggers.
