Visium is seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to own the path from model prototype to reliable production on Azure Databricks. You will design and operate ML platforms, manage data pipelines, and drive governance across AI/ML deliveries.

You will collaborate with AI Solutions Architects and data/platform teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and observable ML systems. A strong focus on CI/CD, model registries, and reproducible workflows is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years in MLOps, ML platform engineering, or a similar role with hands‑on production ML experience.
• Proven production deployment with monitoring, incident resolution, and lifecycle management.
• Deep expertise in Azure and Databricks (Azure Databricks, MLflow, Unity Catalog); Azure ML is a plus.
• Software‑engineering skills for MLOps/platform work; CI/CD pipelines for models and data.
• Containers and model serving knowledge; Kubernetes/AKS helpful; Terraform/IaC integration.

Responsabilidades

• Design and operate ML platforms on Azure Databricks, including feature pipelines and MLflow tracking.
• Define model lifecycle standards: versioning, reproducibility, evaluation gates, promotion, deployment, retraining.
• Build production‑ready deployment patterns with APIs, CI/CD for models and data.
• Own production monitoring for data drift, model quality, latency, cost, and retraining triggers.
• Design scalable Databricks workloads; identify bottlenecks and craft clear designs.
• Lead decisions on ML tooling and platform evolution with Databricks as primary.
