Q-Tech is seeking an MLOps Engineer to join Europe’s leading online marketplace, driving ML platform infrastructure and tooling. You will collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Software Engineers to productionize models and ensure reliable ML systems.

The role emphasizes Python development, cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern DevOps practices, with opportunities to impact architecture and ML capabilities from Barcelona offices.

Formación

• Proven experience in MLOps, ML Platform Engineering, ML Infrastructure or ML Engineering.
• Strong software engineering skills with Python.
• Experience deploying and operating ML systems in production.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Understanding of scalability, reliability and observability in production.

Q-Tech is currently looking for an MLOps Engineer to join one of Europe's leading online marketplaces.

The company is investing heavily in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and is looking for an engineer who can help build the infrastructure, tooling and processes required to bring ML models and AI systems reliably into production.

The role sits at the intersection of Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Engineering, working closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers and Software Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve MLOps and ML platform infrastructure
• Automate Machine Learning workflows and model lifecycles
• Support the deployment, scaling and monitoring of ML models in production
• Develop reusable tooling and platforms for Data Science and ML teams
• Improve the reliability, scalability and observability of ML systemS
• Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices
• Work with cloud-native infrastructure and modern DevOps practices

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Professional experience in MLOps, ML Platform Engineering, ML Infrastructure or Machine Learning Engineering
• Strong software engineering skills, particularly in Python
• Experience deploying and operating Machine Learning systems in production
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure
• Experience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
• A strong understanding of scalability, reliability and observability in production environments

Experience with model serving, distributed systems, ML pipelines or cloud-native architectures will be highly valued.
