The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python, ML lifecycle, and team leadership. Responsibilities include mentoring, hiring, and promoting best practices within the team. Responsabilidades

• Build effective teams
• Participate in meetups and conferences
• Share best practices and culture
• Mentor engineers and coach Team Leads
• Maintain technical excellence
• Hire and onboard newcomers
• Conduct performance reviews and 1-on-1 meetings
• Identify and address knowledge gaps
• Evaluate and improve processes
• Collaborate with other managers
• Uphold the company's mission and values

Deep Learning models from scratch

Model post-production & maintenance
