JetBrains is looking for a top-class ML Engineer based in Spain to own our AI and ML engineering stack. You will design and build the ML/LLM solutions, create datasets, and collaborate with the engineering team on system design. Ideal candidates should have at least five years of experience in ML/AI, excellent Python skills, and strong communication abilities. Formación

• At least five years of experience in ML/AI systems, with two years on LLMs and generative AI.
• Proven track record as an ML/AI Lead.
• Deep understanding of the LLM ecosystem, model architectures, and fine-tuning approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Design ML/LLM solutions for data ingestion and knowledge extraction.
• Create datasets, metrics, and pipelines for measurable improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering on system design and JetBrains Research on the research agenda.
