Smadex, a Barcelona-based advertising technology leader, is seeking a results-driven ML Engineer to optimize bid strategies in real-time auction environments. You will design and deploy end-to-end ML solutions at web scale, owning from research to production, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to improve advertiser ROAS.

Ideal candidates have strong ML background, Python expertise, experience with PyTorch, SQL, and big data tools, and are fluent in English.

Formación

• Strong ML foundations including regression, time series and evaluation metrics.
• Experience with predictive modelling and building ML pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, pandas, numpy).
• Data analysis with SQL and pandas.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize advertiser ROAS by designing ML models for bid optimization.
• Create end-to-end ML solutions from research to production.
• Analyze model performance and AB test results to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy scalable models.
• Contribute ideas to product roadmap and technical direction.
