The selected candidate will join the applications team, where they will work as an infrastructure & middleware technical engineer, participating in projects in the operations area mainly related to the CORE applications of the company, and collaborating in L3 support and maintenance tasks in both on-premise and public and private cloud environments. They will liaise with other teams in the Technology, Transformation, and Business areas, identifying best practice requirements for cloud environments and generating requirements for the implementation of solutions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate in solving complex problems and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve complex incidents.
- Advanced problem diagnosis and interpretation of results.
- Analysis, definition of solutions (in collaboration with Architecture) and implementation of new services, prioritizing simplification and automation
- Supervision of the external N1 Operations service, ensuring the transition to production of the new services implemented and proper monitoring of post-implementation service quality (QoS)
- Promote and develop DevOps practices by implementing work models, tools, and operations that enable collaborative DevSecOps work, strengthen application lifecycles, and streamline and simplify processes.
PROFILE
- Computer or Telecommunications degree with more than 5 years of experience in the defined tasks.
- A person with ability to synthesize and communication skills; Ability to communicate at different levels, including end users.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
- Experience in systems administration:
- Jboss, IIS, Tomcat, WAS, SpringBoot application servers.
- Linux / Windows platforms
- Interfaces with database services: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle.
- Networking knowledge
- Proven experience in cloud service administration (Azure, AWS), Azure preferred
- Experience in administration with Kubernetes container platform (OpenShift) and support in containerized application design
- Knowledge of security principles and best practices in a cloud environment
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaborative tools (Confluence, Jira)
- Scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Knowledge and use of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Puppet, Azure DevOps, Ansible)
- Experience in automating activities using DevOps tools
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Dynatrace, ELK)
- Strong problem-solving skills
