Formación

• Experience building dashboards with Tableau Desktop/Prep/Online.
• Strong BI, reporting, and data visualization knowledge.
• Ability to translate business questions into meaningful insights.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or automation is a plus.
• Previous exposure to financial analytics, trading environments, risk reporting, or PnL analysis is desirable.

A leading international organization operating in a dynamic trading and commodities environment is seeking a Middle Office & Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and reporting. This role combines business intelligence, reporting, and analytical expertise to deliver high-quality dashboards focused on financial and risk-related metrics. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into clear, actionable insights while promoting best practices in data visualization and analytics.

Business Intelligence & Dashboard Development

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports
• Turn data into clear, actionable insights
• Apply BI and data visualization best practices
• Deliver reporting that supports business decisions

Risk & Financial Analytics

• Develop dashboards covering Pn L, risk positions, and key business metrics
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into reporting solutions

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Create calculations, filters, and reporting logic
• Support data preparation and validation
• Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency

Analytics & Automation

• Support analytics and automation initiatives using SQL, Python, or similar tools
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

BI Governance & User Support

• Act as the Tableau subject matter expert
• Promote reporting and dashboard best practices
• Support users with enhancements, troubleshooting, and analytics guidance

What We're Looking For

• Experience building dashboards in Tableau Desktop, Prep, and Online
• Strong understanding of BI, reporting, and data visualization best practices
• Ability to translate business questions into meaningful analytical insights
• Advanced English communication skills
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or automation tools is a plus
