Job summary

NN Digital Hub in Madrid is seeking a Medior Service Delivery Manager to coordinate IT services, acting as a bridge between IT and business. You will own release management, oversee change governance, and partner with Architecture & Platform teams to ensure production stability.

The role requires ITIL expertise, cloud/automation experience, and strong English communication. A hybrid work model and cross-department collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field.
• Certifications (or equivalent): ITIL, Cloud, management, project management and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with IT technologies, automation, networking and Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT Services team, linking IT and business to meet needs and SLAs.
• Own release management, governance, and change coordination with Architecture & Platform teams.
• Oversee release planning, integration testing, UAT, documentation and runbooks.
• Communicate with process managers to align incident, problem and change management.
