Shakers is hiring a Mid-Senior AI Sales Developer to join the Business Development team. You will prospect, qualify, and book meetings with key decision-makers, building a scalable pipeline while using AI tools to increase efficiency. You will report metrics weekly and position yourself for faster advancement into senior BD roles.

The role offers a flexible policy with remote components, a Madrid-based office, and uncapped commissions with a target total compensation structure.

1. The Business Development team

Our purpose is to open the door to Shakers: prospecting the right decision-makers, understanding their pains, and booking qualified meetings that fuel our pipeline for our Account Executives to close.

As a Mid-Senior AI Sales Developer you're the first point of contact: you prospect, qualify, spark interest and book the meetings that get deals started, bringing experience and a strong network to open the accounts that matter.

TOP PERFORMERS

The best salespeople want to earn big, and at Shakers they do. Comp is uncapped and tied to what you bring in.

• A strong year can reach around €100K in total comp (fixed + uncapped variable).

2. What You'll Achieve:

• Build pipeline from scratch — you prospect decision-makers on LinkedIn, email and phone, and turn cold companies into real opportunities.
• Qualify and spark interest — you understand each company's pains and present the value proposition so well that they want to know more.
• Book meetings that convert — you schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
• Run on data — you report your activity weekly and draw insights to sharpen your strategy.
• Grow fast — you build the foundations to step up into an Account Executive role.

3. Is it what you are looking for?

You're a great fit if you...

• Have 3–6 years of experience in a sales role in the tech sector (as a consultant or in sales), ideally in a tech consultancy or a startup/scaleup.
• Really enjoy selling and are ambitious, with a clear results-orientation.
• Are a hunter and a natural networker: great at cold calls, you love connecting with people and have grown your network over the years.
• Are a natural communicator with a talent for storytelling: people love listening to your stories.
• Are familiar with technical sector jargon; a degree in engineering or management, or a technical/project-management background, is a plus.
• Have great communication skills to build relationships with technical profiles and C-level executives.
• Speak Spanish and English fluently: you can pitch, negotiate and build rapport in both.
• Are proactive, organized and resilient, and answer with data and metrics. High agency is a must.
• Know and enjoy the startup ecosystem.
• Already work with AI and want to go deeper.

4. A note on AI

AI is non-negotiable at Shakers. It's part of how we sell, research and win every day, not a buzzword. Every Shaker has access to Claude, plus the context and training to get real value from it, and we track how we use it with specific KPIs.

Here you'll use AI to prospect smarter, research accounts faster and cut the busywork, so you spend more time connecting with the right people. We're looking for people who already use AI and want to go deeper: curious, proactive, and willing to invest time getting better at it. Not a novelty, a real collaborator.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 49.125€ and 73.687,5€ OTE (on target earnings) gross annual salary.

The salary consists of:

• Between 30.000€ & 45.000€ fixed salary
• Up to 3.375€ quarterly bonus based on performance & potential (7.5%)
• Uncapped commissions.

You may be eligible to receive phantom shares once you are part of the team, as the company completes future fundraising rounds!
