Job summary

Group-IPS in Madrid is seeking a Project Engineer to join our industrial projects team. You will manage projects through all phases from master planning to commissioning, coordinating scope, cost, schedule, and reporting, and supervising site activities with contractors.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in industrial, mechanical, or chemical engineering, have 3–5 years of industrial project experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and willingness to travel 60–80% nationally and

• 3–5 years of proven experience in industrial projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Madrid and travel 60–80%.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through full life cycle from planning to commissioning.
• Plan, coordinate, and control scope, cost, schedule, and reporting.
• Coordinate construction, site supervision, and contractor management.
• Support commissioning, startup, and handover to operations.
• Multidisciplinary coordination in fast-paced environments.
