Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking an experienced educator to support student learning across our campuses in Spain. You will plan lessons in advance, prepare materials, enter grades, and collaborate with the psychology team to support students with special needs and behavioral issues.

You will work with the Academic Coordinator, attend meetings, participate in school activities, and uphold ISP safeguarding and diversity commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize the necessary materials for classes.
• Maintain the grade book and enter grades on deadlines.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Attend meetings with teachers, academic coordinators, and assistant principals.
• Attend institutional workshops and parent meetings.
