Kilo is seeking a performance-driven creative specialist to lead Meta ads strategies across US-market campaigns. You will develop high-impact creatives, test against performance metrics, and collaborate with designers and the marketing team to optimize for conversions.

You'll bring 3+ years of Meta ads experience, a strong portfolio, and excellent English. This role offers growth, the chance to shape global brands, and a competitive salary in a dynamic, remote-friendly European environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in performance-driven creative roles focusing on Meta ads.
• Portfolio showing successful Meta campaigns in the US market.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPA and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent English and ability to adapt to the US market.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute high-performance Meta ad creatives.
• Align creatives with performance goals (ROAS, CTR, CPA) and drive results.
• Write clear briefs for designers, editors, and others.
• Collaborate with project managers and the marketing team to ensure creative success.
• Analyze A/B test data to optimize ads and drive conversions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on Meta ad trends.
• Copywrite compelling ad copy (headlines, CTAs) for sales and lead generation.
