Arcadis in Madrid is seeking an experienced MEP Consultant Engineer (f/m/d) to join our Smart Buildings team. You will apply your mechanical, electrical, and plumbing expertise to deliver due diligence, cost plans, and advisory services for property transactions.

You will coordinate with owners, architects, and contractors, manage project schedules, and ensure quality while maintaining strong client relationships. Fluent English and a background in Industrial Engineering are essential to succeed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering (Engineer registration).
• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in consultancy.
• Full professional English (reading, writing, speaking) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and building services standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Presto, and MS Project.
• Ability to deliver on time with high quality and align with Arcadis standards.
• Commitment to Arcadis Way and values.

Responsabilidades

• MEP consultancy, due diligence, and project monitoring services.
• Estimate Capex for property management and identify risks.
• Prepare technical reports, cost plans, and advisory on building services.
• Lead and communicate with contractors and subcontractors to align with the project schedule.
• Represent Arcadis with owners, architects, consultants, government authorities, and contractors.
• Administer financial aspects of contracts and subcontracts.
• Build strong relationships with clients and the project team.
• Attend MEP meetings and chair them as needed.
• Manage requisitions and payments to optimize cash flow.
