Melia Hotels International S.A.(Meliá) is seeking a Revenue Management professional to support pricing strategy execution across systems and channels in Mallorca. You will manage the Duetto RMS daily, audit data quality, and ensure inventory reflects reality with overbooking when necessary.

You will lead channel management, implement market-segmented pricing on platforms, and coordinate promotions while auditing content across channels.

Formación

• Degree in business studies or hotel management.
• Revenue Management training will be valued positively.
• Advanced English required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support pricing strategy across all systems and channels.
• Manage Duetto RMS daily and audit data accuracy.
• Ensure inventory reflects reality and manage overbooking when needed.
• Ensure hotels appear correctly across distribution channels and audit content for parity and improvements.
• Lead channel management and implement pricing by market segment on each platform.
• Set up and monitor daily overbooking decisions and promotions load across channels.
• Coordinate promotions and campaigns uploads and audit their display.
• Identify events at the destination and coordinate with sales to influence demand.
• Verify daily rate positioning against competitors and goals.
• Review pricing strategy of hotels in compset and other structures.
