Job summary

Soho House & Co is seeking a Membership Manager for Soho Farmhouse Ibiza to lead member onboarding, engagement, and retention across our private member community. The role is hands-on and requires meticulous administration and strong client relations.

You will manage introductions, monitor member behaviour, coordinate retention strategies, and support committee processes, with close collaboration to Operations, Events, and Global Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage member introductions and onboarding with warm, personal welcome.
• Monitor and log member behaviour in Salesforce; flag issues for follow-up.
• Support retention efforts and engagement initiatives to reduce churn.
• Draft and coordinate member communications, including monthly outreach emails.
• Attend Membership Committee meetings and provide administrative support.
• Maintain up-to-date member records and prepare performance reports.
