Job summary

Teoxane SA is seeking a Marketing Account Specialist in Valencia to support the execution of the marketing plan. You will develop promotional materials, organize congresses and events, manage external suppliers, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance.

You will work with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and Digital teams to deliver high-quality materials on time and within budget, while supporting the Sales team with effective promotional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in marketing/communications in medical devices, pharma, or healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish; good English.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations (MedTech Europe, local HCP codes).
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe; familiarity with email/CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the annual marketing plan and contribute to brand and business objectives.
• Develop and manage promotional materials and congress materials.
• Ensure materials align with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate reviews with Medical, Regulatory, and other stakeholders for compliance.
• Support product launches and commercial initiatives with marketing tools and materials.
