Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer or Technician for flexible/part-time roles across Spain, including Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, and more. You will install and configure automated medication dispensing systems in healthcare facilities, traveling locally, regionally and nationally.

Per-diem, assignment-based schedule with 16–30 hours weekly plus travel time. Candidates should hold a Bachillerito Diploma with at least 1 year in electronics/hardware/software or mechanical fields,

Qualifications

• Bachillerito Diploma required.
• At least 1 year in electronics, hardware, software, or mechanics.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (or Portuguese).
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Comfort with basic software and Microsoft OS.
• Ability to collaborate with design engineers, PMs and healthcare staff.
• Able to meet hospital credentialing and vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to obtain up-to-date immunizations.
• Physically capable of sitting/standing long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Organize, test, and assemble automated medication dispensing systems; install and configure hardware, software, and mechanical devices.
• Review schematics/drawings, docs, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests post-installation.
• Ensure work complies with quality requirements.
• Partner with team of support staff; manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
