Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Technician in Spain to install hardware for automated medication dispensing systems across healthcare facilities. The role requires extensive travel locally, regionally and nationally, with 16–30 hours per week plus travel time.

Per-diem scheduling may apply. You will organize, test, and assemble systems, review schematics, and ensure quality compliance while collaborating with healthcare professionals and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachillarrito Diploma is required.
• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience required.
• English and Spanish/Portuguese is required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel to identify equipment layout, operations, and workflow.
• Must clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; all tasks revolve around installing and configuring hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
• Review of schematics / drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
• Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid
