Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install and service automated medication dispensing systems in healthcare facilities across Spain. The role leverages electronics, hardware, and software skills and offers paid training.

You must travel locally, regionally, and nationally, with a per-diem, assignment-based schedule; a Bachillarrito Diploma is required, and English plus Spanish/Portuguese are needed; a valid driver’s license with a personal vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Bachillarrito Diploma is required.
• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience required.
• English and Spanish/Portuguese is required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel to identify equipment layout, operations, and workflow required.
• Position may/will require up to date immunizations.
• Active and unrestricted driver's license; own vehicle; travel locally, regionally and nationally.
• Located within 20 km of a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; installing and configuring hardware, software and devices.
• Review schematics / drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
• Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
