Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Technician in Spain to install hardware for automated medication dispensing systems across healthcare facilities. The role involves extensive travel locally, regionally, and nationally, with a typical 16–30 hour work week plus travel time.

The position requires 1+ year in electronics/hardware/software or mechanical fields, fluency in English and Spanish/Portuguese, and the ability to work with healthcare personnel and engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
• Bachillarrito Diploma is required.
• English and Spanish/Portuguese is required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; tasks revolve around installing and configuring hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
• Review schematics/drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
• Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
