Job summary

ESP Solutions Group seeks MedTech Field Service Engineer/Technician for Spain. Role involves installing hardware for automated medication dispensing systems in healthcare facilities across major cities.

Travel up to 100% locally, regionally, and nationally; per-diem schedule with 16–30 hours weekly plus travel time. Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in electronics/hardware/software or mechanical fields, and strong English/Spanish skills.

Qualifications

Bachillerato Diploma is required.
Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
English and Spanish/Portuguese is required.
Professional business acumen and communication skills required.
Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel to identify equipment layout, operations, and workflow.

Responsibilities

Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; tasks revolve around installing and configuring hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
Review of schematics/drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
