Omnicom Health Group, ubicado en Barcelona, busca un Supervisor de Redacción Médica para liderar la creación y supervisión de contenido científico, desde presentaciones a revisiones de monografías y publicaciones. El rol exige experiencia en redacción médica y gestión de estrategias de publicación.

Se valora capacidad de comunicarse con distintos públicos, inglés o español nativo, y habilidad para trabajar en equipo con creativos y gestores de cuentas dentro de un entorno orientado a resultados

Formación

• Debe poseer título en ciencias de la salud; un PhD es plus.
• 5 años de experiencia en redacción médica y supervisión de contenido científico.
• Capacidad para comunicar información médico-técnica a una audiencia amplia.
• Gestión de líderes de opinión (KOL).
• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno con plazos.
• Atención al detalle y fiabilidad en cumplir plazos.
• Nivel nativo o bilingüe en español o inglés.
• Capacidad de trabajar en equipo y fomentar buenas relaciones entre departamentos.
• Experiencia con gestores de referencias como EndNote es una ventaja.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar estrategias médicas y de publicación.
• Diseñar estrategias médicas y de publicación.
• Análisis de inteligencia competitiva.
• Investigación bibliográfica y revisión de referencias.
• Creación, edición y validación de materiales científicos.
• Asegurar la correcta citación y precisión científica tras feedback del cliente.
• Gestión de KOLs.

About the role:

The Medical Writer Supervisor’s work focuses on developing and supervising scientific content (from slide decks to monographs, promotional materials, abstracts, article reviews, congress reports and more).

Key responsibilities:

• Supervision of medical and publication strategies.
• Devising medical and publication strategy
• Competitive intelligence analysis
• Bibliographic background research
• Creation, editing, and validation of scientific materials
• Ensuring proper referencing and scientific accuracy of all materials. Incorporating all feedback provided by the client in a proper and timely manner
• KOL management

Skills & Experience

• Must have a health science degree (e.g. in biology, pharmacy or medicine). PhD is a plus
• 5 years of experience in medical writing and scientific content supervision.
• Ability to communicate medical/technical information to a wide variety of audiences
• Key Opinion Leaders management
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
• Attention to detail and absolute reliability in meeting delivery deadlines
• Native/Bilingual Spanish or English speaker
• Team player who can foster positive relationships between the department and other agency teams, such as creatives and account managers
• Experience with reference managers such as EndNote is a plus
