Omnicom Health, through Olixir Spain, is seeking a Medical Writer to develop scientific content ranging from slide decks to monographs, abstracts, and congress reports.

You will lead medical publication strategy, conduct bibliographic research, craft materials, and manage references, ensuring timely client feedback integration and effective KOL coordination.

Formación

• Health science degree required; PhD is a plus.
• 2–3 years of medical writing experience.
• Ability to communicate medical/technical information to diverse audiences.
• KOL management experience advantageous.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in delivery deadlines.
• Native/bilingual English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Team player with ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience with EndNote is a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Devising medical and publication strategy
• Bibliographic background research
• Writing materials
• Providing full reference sets
• Incorporating all feedback provided by the client in a proper and timely manner
• KOL management

Skills & Experience

• Must have a health science degree (e.g. in biology, pharmacy or medicine). PhD is a plus
• 2-3 years of medical writing experience
• Ability to communicate medical/technical information to a wide variety of audiences
• Key Opinion Leaders management
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
• Attention to detail and absolute reliability in meeting delivery deadlines
• Native/Bilingual English, fluency in Spanish is a plus
• Team player who can foster positive relationships between the department and other agency teams, such as creatives and account managers
• Experience with reference managers such as EndNote is a plus
