A leading biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Medical Scientific Liaison (m/f/d) in Spain. In this role, you will establish relationships with healthcare professionals, engage in scientific discussions, and contribute to medical plans in Hepatology and Gastroenterology. The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree, has at least 3 years of relevant experience, and possesses excellent communication and presentation skills. This position requires proficiency in English and the ability to travel internationally.

• 3+ years of medical field experience (MSL or similar) required.

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of a leading biopharmaceutical company? We are seeking a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) in Spain - Area Madrid, Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, Pais Vasco and Castilla y Leon.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain relationships with key thought leaders (TLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs)
• Engage in scientific exchange on disease landscape, mode-of-action, and clinical data
• Represent the company at scientific congresses and professional meetings
• Develop deep expertise in the therapeutic area, stakeholders, and healthcare landscape
• Support medical plans and scientific engagement in Hepatology and Gastroenterology
• Attend and summarize key scientific meetings and conferences
• Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, access, clinical) to share insights
• Provide scientific training for internal teams and support speaker / advisory boards
• Respond to external inquiries with accurate clinical and scientific information
• Gather insights from TLs / HCPs to inform clinical and commercial strategy
• Ensure ethical compliance, complete mandatory training, and follow industry regulations

Your Qualifications :

• Advanced degree in healthcare or life sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD, etc.)
• 3+ years of medical field experience (MSL or similar)
• Preferred experience in Hepatology or Gastroenterology
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, health technology assessment and disease management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to change and ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong scientific understanding and ability to communicate emerging data.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel internationally and engage with KOLs
• Fluent written and spoken English skills
