Syneos Health in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, is seeking a Regional Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to serve as the primary field-based scientific partner to healthcare providers and investigators, delivering medical education and data on licensed and unlicensed products within local regulations.

The MSL will build relationships with KOLs, support investigator meetings, and communicate trial concepts while complying with ethics and safety standards; flexibility to support other countries as

Formación

• Advanced degree required (MD/PhD/PharmD).
• Demonstrable experience in an MSL function with cardiometabolic or rare disease experience preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical research design and GCP in cardiology.
• Ability to develop trust with KOLs, investigators, and HCPs.
• Ability to convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of Health Authorities across the region is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain outstanding knowledge of cardiometabolic diseases and rare diseases.
• Understand and execute medical strategy aligned to business strategy.
• Serve as external scientific expert at meetings, conferences, and advisory boards.
• Facilitate communication between the client and investigators for trials and studies.
• Maintain highest ethical compliance and safety standards.
• Develop synergistic relationships with KOLs to expand opportunities.
• Train Key Account Management Team on scientific topics.
