Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Regional Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to serve as the primary field-based scientific contact for healthcare providers and investigators. The MSL will deliver medical education, facilitate data exchange, and support research activities across a large regional network, with flexibility to assist other countries as needed by the organization.

• Advanced degree in medicine or pharmacy (MD/PhD/PharmD) is required.
• Experience in an MSL role with cardiometabolic or rare disease focus preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical research design and GCP in cardiology.
• Ability to convey complex science to diverse audiences.
• Ability to build trust with KOLs, investigators, and external experts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain outstanding knowledge of cardiometabolic diseases and rare disease areas.
• Execute medical and scientific strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Serve as external scientific expert at meetings, conferences, and advisory boards.
• Facilitate communication between client researchers and investigators.
• Maintain high ethical compliance with local regulations and laws.
• Build synergistic relationships with KOLs for research and advisory opportunities.
• Train the Key Account Management Team on scientific topics.
