GE HealthCare in Spain seeks a Field Service Engineer responsible for repair and maintenance of equipment models in the assigned modality area, building strong relationships with customers to ensure equipment functionality and satisfaction.

You will perform system-level troubleshooting, communicate status to end-users and managers, assist in account visits, and contribute to growth in the geographic area while complying with ISO 9001 quality standards.

Formación

• Qualified Technician/ Engineer or equivalent experience in medical devices.
• Technical analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, high standards.
• Customer-oriented attitude; strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid driving license and active driving experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain all models specific to a modality in the assigned area.
• Perform total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
• Communicate clearly with end-users and managers on equipment status; maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist in Account Sales visits, help train others, and identify Sales opportunities.
• Assist in growth and direction of business in geographic area.
• Responsible for Warranty and PMS contract cost control.
• Complete FMI’s and PMS inspections documentation on time for assigned accounts.
• Play a leading role in complex and multifunctional rooms.
