Sanofi is seeking a Medical Advisor to lead medical strategy in the cardiovascular/lipidology space and to develop education plans aligned with global objectives. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Pharmacovigilance to ensure scientifically rigorous, evidence-based messaging for lipid management and patient care.

The role requires experience in Medical Affairs or clinical roles, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to build partnerships with key opinion leaders

Formación

  • University degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, etc.)
  • Experience in Medical Affairs or clinical roles is desirable
  • Experience supporting cardiovascular product launches is a plus

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the medical strategy and scientific communication in cardiovascular/lipidology with evidence-based messaging
  • Develop and execute local clinical and medical education plans aligned with global objectives
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Pharmacovigilance to ensure scientific rigor
  • Develop scientific materials with consistent, evidence-based messaging for lipid management and cardiovascular risk reduction
  • Establish partnerships with KOLs/KTLs across cardiology, endocrinology, and lipidology
  • Conduct competitive scientific analysis of the lipid-lowering therapy landscape
  • Maintain contact with Global Medical Affairs to exchange local evidence and landscape updates
  • Ensure medical training for healthcare professionals and internal teams with up-to-date information
  • Ensure full compliance with medical and regulatory standards across communications

Main responsibilities
  • Lead the medical strategy and scientific communication in the cardiovascular/lipidology space, ensuring evidence-based messaging and optimal engagement with the medical community
  • Develop and execute the local clinical and medical education plan, aligned with global medical objectives
  • Coordinate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Pharmacovigilance to ensure scientific rigor across all business functions
  • Develop scientific and educational materials with consistent, evidence-based messaging for healthcare professionals focused on lipid management and cardiovascular risk reduction
  • Establish strong partnerships with KOLs and KTLs across the cardiology, endocrinology, and lipidology communities, capturing key clinical insights and translating them into actionable medical strategies
  • Conduct competitive scientific analysis of the lipid-lowering therapy landscape, integrating clinical data, congress insights, publications, and field intelligence
  • Maintain regular contact with Global Medical Affairs to exchange information about the local clinical landscape and emerging evidence in cardiovascular disease prevention
  • Ensure medical training excellence by providing healthcare professionals and internal teams with up-to-date scientific information and clinical tools
  • Ensure full compliance with medical and regulatory standards across all scientific communications, materials, and activities
About you
  • Previous experience as a Medical Advisor and/or in Medical Affairs or clinical roles
  • Demonstrated experience supporting product launches, preferably within cardiovascular
  • Strong strategic thinking, critical reasoning, and analytical skills
  • Results-driven mindset with sound judgment and strong decision-making capabilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities in complex and dynamic environments
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Education: University degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, etc.)
  • Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

The salary range for this position is :€70 800,00 - €94 400 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
