Formación

• Experiencia previa de al menos 2 años en agencias de medios.
• Fluidez en inglés y español, idealmente portugués.

At Best Option Media we are looking for hungry out-of-the-box thinkers to join our LatAm and Portugal team in our Headquarters in Madrid. If you want to build and boost your professional career in marketing & media within different LatAm markets and Portugal, apply today!

Tareas

1. You will be working on different businesses and media of many LatAm markets and Portugal.
2. You will need to use multiple tools to understand each market, analyze customers’ profiles and habits, media consumption, competition, etc.
3. You will analyze the impact of each campaign on clients’ business in different media and markets.
4. You will apply internal processes and operations and will be in charge of campaign setup, clients’ debriefing, negotiations, and account management.
5. You will analyze campaign performance KPIs and deliver insightful follow-ups.
6. You will give presentations to clients.
7. You will be working on proposals for potential new clients.
8. You will work on the reporting and auditing of our campaigns.
9. You will be in constant communication with colleagues both in our headquarters and our office in Brazil.

Requisitos

1. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a media-related field.
2. Previous experience of at least 2 years in Media agencies, preferably handling international accounts.
3. Being fluent in English, Spanish (and ideally Portuguese).
4. Advanced level in Microsoft Excel and tools to make presentations.
5. High familiarity working with numbers.
6. Ability to perform creative problem solving.
7. Analytical mindset with data-driven results.
8. High independence and self-management.
9. A lot of curiosity and willingness to learn.
10. The capacity to share any good or bad idea you may have.
11. Integrity.
12. Being flexible to travel to other countries.
