Job summary

Best Option Media in Madrid is seeking a marketing & media professional to join our LatAm and Portugal team at our Madrid headquarters. You will work across multiple LatAm markets and Portugal, using various tools to understand each market and analyze customer profiles, habits, and media consumption.

You will set up campaigns, debrief clients, negotiate and manage accounts, and analyze campaign performance KPIs to deliver insightful follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or a media-related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Media agencies, preferably handling international accounts.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on different businesses and media of LatAm markets and Portugal.
• Analyze customers’ profiles and habits, media consumption, and competences across markets.
• Analyze campaign performance KPIs and deliver insightful follow-ups.
• Set up campaigns, debrief clients, negotiate and manage accounts.
• Present to clients and develop proposals for potential new clients.
• Report and audit campaigns; communicate with teams in Madrid and Brazil.

At Best Option Media we are looking for hungry out-of-the-box thinkers to join our LatAm and Portugal team in our Headquarters in Madrid. If you want to build and boost your professional career in marketing & media within different LatAm markets and Portugal.

Tareas

• You will be working on different businesses and media of many LatAm markets and Portugal
• You will need to use multiples tools to understand each market, analyse customers’ profiles and habits, media consumption, competence, etc.
• You will analyse the impact of each campaign on clients’ business in different media and markets
• You will apply internal processes and operations and will be in charge of campaign set up, clients’ debriefing, negotiations and account management
• You will analyse campaign performance KPIs and deliver insightful follow-ups
• You will give presentations to clients
• You will be working on proposals for potential new clients
• You will work on the reporting and auditing of our campaigns
• You will be in constant communication with colleagues both in our headquartes and our office in Brazil
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or a media-related field
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in Media agencies, preferrably handling international accounts.
• Being fluent in English, Spanish (and ideally Portuguese).
• Advanced level in Microsoft Excel and tools to make presentations.
• High familiarity working with numbers
• Ability to perform creative problem solving
