Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role in Barcelona (Spain) for a Backend Media Engineer at Knox Media Hub. The Backend Media Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing media related features using Python, closely collaborating with back-end developers and specialised media engineers. They will work on creating solid media processing workflows and back-end functionalities.

Qualifications

• Proven Python Development experience
• FFMPEG and AWS Media Services experience is a nice to have
• UNIX system administration
• Version Control (GIT)
• Good English and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready code
• Ability to work independently but also be a good team player
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
