A leading nuclear energy firm seeks a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to develop project-specific tools for handling radioactive materials. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Mechanical Design, proficiency in CAD, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer you will join the radiation, waste management and decommissioning department, with more than 100 employees in areas such as segmentation of reactor vessels and its internal parts.
You will develop project-specific tools for cutting and handling of the radioactive components.
You will report to the Segmentation Engineering Manager and be located at Madrid.
A maximum assignment of 4 weeks per year in Vasteras (Sweden) is also included.
