Arup Madrid is seeking a Mechanical BIM Modeller to develop and maintain BIM models for HVAC, ventilation, and building services. You will produce drawings, sections, schedules, and documentation derived from BIM models, and coordinate with architecture and structures.

The role requires 2–3 years of Structural BIM modelling experience and strong Revit skills, with an intermediate to advanced level of English. Join a collaborative team delivering high‑quality projects in Madrid.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Structural BIM modelling.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for building services projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain BIM models for HVAC, ventilation, and building services.
• Produce drawings, schedules, and technical documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate MEP models with architecture and structures.
• Ensure BIM model quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.
• Contribute to BIM libraries and automation workflows.
