Chemours is seeking a Senior Analyst & Application Specialist to join our Master Data Management team providing support for SAP ERP and Supply Chain Planning master data. This position will be available at the Asturias (Spain) or Wilmington (US) sites and report directly to the Data Management Senior Consultant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for data analytics, data loads, and application development. Application and data management will include troubleshooting, enhancement support, ensuring high‑quality data management practices, supporting upgrades, and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.

One of the key success criteria for the program is data integrity and data accuracy. Ensuring we have accurate data for implementation and maintaining that accuracy in the future requires a robust approach with coordination between business unit representatives, Chemours IT organization and OMP, and our software provider.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as an application specialist within the Master Data Management team.
  • Troubleshoot system and end‑user issues, document root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and update documentation for key data processes, system controls, and application changes.
  • Resolve data discrepancies between MDM, Supply Planning, SAP ERP, and other systems.
  • Lead and support automation, standardization, and simplification initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and application enhancements.
  • Participate in governance meetings and regularly engage principal stakeholders and superusers for application support and improvement.
  • Support and execute mass data changes, cross‑system updates, and system upgrades.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Alteryx flows, Power BI dashboards, and reports to enhance usability and data transparency for end users.
  • Deliver training and guidance to key users and superusers on best practices, new processes, and troubleshooting routines.
  • Monitor master data quality and readiness; contribute to defining and executing plans to improve master data accuracy across systems.
  • Provide direction to OMP Digital Supply Chain Analyst.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • High energy, strong desire to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven self‑organization and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience working with SAP ERP, preferably in master data management.
  • Effective English written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of OMP and Profisee or similar Supply Chain Planning and Master Data Management applications.
  • Strong familiarity with Alteryx and Power BI.
  • Understanding of data governance principles and automation best practices.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps.

Compensation

Pay Range (in Local Currency): €43,040.00 - €67,250.00

Chemours Level: 24

Annual Bonus Target: 7%
